The application form can be downloaded after registering on the website.
To download:
- Log into the applicant profile
- Tab: Dane kandydata
- Option: Drukuj formularz (on the right side of the screen)
After downloading:
- Sign the form by hand (podpis czytelny). The form must be signed by the applicant themselves.
*Podpis czytelny – full name as in the passport (Latin letters).

Education Documents
|
For applicants to Bachelor's or long-cycle Master's (licencjat lub jednolite magisterskie):
Original secondary school diploma with:
- Apostille (if issued in a Hague Convention country) or legalization (if issued in a non-Hague Convention country).
- Sworn translation
For applicants to Master's (studia 2 stopnia - magisterskie):
Original bachelor's diploma with supplement (must allow further studies in higher education):
- Apostille or legalization
- Sworn translation
** In some cases, specialist or master diplomas may be accepted for admission to the Master's program. Contact us for details.

We accept translations by a Polish sworn translator (with registration number in Poland) or translation certified by the Polish consulate in your country.

Information from NAWA Director / Polish Education Curator Decision
|
Please check the information in Table 2 (after the list of admission documents).
ATTENTION! From July 1, 2025, instead of the Curator’s decision, applicants must provide information from the NAWA Director confirming the recognition of education for continuing studies in Poland.

|
Must be uploaded to the applicant profile during registration.
If you encounter problems uploading the photo, you can send it via email (jpeg, jpg) to: rekrutacja@upsl.edu.pl
Include your full name in the email.

Dormitory Application
(if needed)
|
Applications (Formularz zakwaterowania w Domu Studenta) can be submitted electronically via the Virtual Dean’s Office after positive admission results.

Proof of Tuition Payment
|
Tuition can be paid after arriving in Słupsk by October 15. For visa purposes, proof of payment for the semester or year may be required.

Proof of Entrance Fee Payment
|
Artistic education in music – 150 PLN (≈35€);
Other faculties – 85 PLN (≈20€);
If an entrance exam is conducted – 100 PLN (≈25€).

Document confirming exemption from tuition fees
|
1. Passport:
EU citizens: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Spain, Netherlands, Ireland, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Germany, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Switzerland, Hungary, UK, Italy.
EFTA citizens: Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland.
2. Permanent residence card or long-term EU resident card
3. Temporary residence permit (pobyt czasowy) for reasons described in art. 159 ust.1 or art. 186 ust.1 pkt 3 or 4 of the Act of Dec 12, 2013 on foreigners
4. Refugee status decision or confirmation of state protection (temporary or supplementary) in Poland
5. Certificate of Polish language proficiency at C1 level issued by Panstwowa Komisja do spraw Poświadczania Znajomości Języka Polskiego jako Obcego
6. Pole’s Card or decision confirming Polish origin
7. Marriage certificate, birth certificate, or proof of temporary residence in Poland (family reunification) – for foreigners married to Polish citizens, or parents/children (grandchildren) of Polish citizens residing in Poland

Parental/Guardian Consent for Studies at Pomeranian University in Słupsk
(for applicants under 18 at the start of studies)

Consent must be:
Notarized
Or
Signed by parents/guardians in the presence of the Admissions Office staff at Pomeranian University in Słupsk.
If in a foreign language, translation is required.

Power of Attorney
|
If documents are submitted by a third party on behalf of the applicant, a completed and signed power of attorney is required.

Certificate of Language Proficiency (minimum B2)
|
We accept only certificates approved by the Minister of Education.
|
For applicants to the "Russian Philology" faculty, a language entrance exam will be conducted.

Entrance Qualification Exam
(Not applicable for Master’s applicants)

ATTENTION!!!
At the faculties of
Artistic Education in Music
and
English Philology (Master’s)
the entrance exam is mandatory for all!
|
At other faculties, the entrance exam will be held only for applicants who need to provide information from the NAWA Director / Education Curator decision (see Table 2).
If an applicant does not need to provide NAWA Director information / Curator decision according to Table 2, they are exempt from the entrance exam.
